Citrine for November 🌞

November is here! It’s been a long year, but Summer is coming and it’s time to celebrate with a Giveaway! November’s birthstone has also been referred to asa gift from the sun- the beautiful and bright Citrine, named after the Old French worldcitrin, meaning lemon-coloured.

The sunny gem is also said to bring prosperity, good health and is a source of good energy due to its colour and its resemblance to the sun. Citrine is also often used in Chinese Feng Shui as it is said to bring inner peace to its user as a way to spread positivity in your environment.

Citrine itself is a yellow quartz and is perfect for the upcoming summer. Genuine citrines are hard to find because they are from only the furthest corners of the world, but you can always find them in warm and lush Brazil, where they import the most natural citrine worldwide. Sometimes, it can be even found mixed with amethyst, creating a beautiful stone, Ametrine.

To celebrate the end of spring and the arrival of Summer, I’m hosting a giveaway! To enter the giveaway, simply like and tag your friend on my recent post on Instagram and tell me what does the sun symbolize for you, and enter to win a Silver padlock heart embedded with a Citrine! The giveaway will end on Friday the 12th, so enter now!

Much love,

Hayley x
