The Birthstone Oracle Snake Ring Gold

The Oracle, a larger OUROBOROS snake portraying a snake eating its own tail, is a heavier set snake ring, that makes a charming addition to every jewellery collection. Hand carved and made in my studio in Sydney, Australia.

The Ouroboros represents the cyclic renewal of life and infinity, the concept of eternity and the eternal return, and reflecting on the cycle of life, death and rebirth. Oracles are clairvoyants, seeing all in the past, present and the future. It is said that oracles are wise and insightful, offering advice and guidance. 

Birthstones are gems that are associated with a birth month, each stone has a unique meaning and significance. Birthstones are a part of modern society and since ancient times it is widely believed that wearing your birthstone is a symbol of wellness and good fortune. The Oracle ring features the two birthstones in the eyes of the snake, symbolising its foreseeing nature and a personal touch.
