Little Koala Padlock necklace was designed with Koala support in mind. As of 2022, Koalas are on the dreaded endangered species list, and have gone from a status of low concern, to vulnerable, and to endangered within only a decade. The koala is the quintessential Australian animal, globally recognised, much loved and facing a crisis. As an Australian designer, this really hit home & this is my way of raising awareness and garnering support.

Material

The koala padlock is crafted with durability in mind, in solid 9k Yellow Gold or Sterling Silver, comfortable for day-to day wear and adds a special touch for all animal lovers. Paired with a matching silver or gold chain, a percentage of profits from this koala padlock with go directly to the Koala's Forever fund as apart of WWF Australia.
