Are you ready for the year of momentum and rapid change?
The 17th of February marks the Chinese Lunar New Year of the Fire Horse. Which is on Tuesday!
The current year, Wood Snake, called for the shedding of old stories and habits. “In Eastern culture, the horse represents action, freedom, speed and breakthrough,” Susan Gu, a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner.
Bring in the energy of the new year by wearing your lucky charms!

Some lucky practices for the first day of the Chinese New Year :
- Your day 1 energy sets the tone for your year. Bring positive energy into your year through affirmations.
- Wash your hair the night before, if you wash it on the day, you will wash your good fortune away!
- Clean your space the day before, as to not clear away your good fortune on new years day.
and the luckiest of all, wearing red and symbols associated with the horse!!
We are wearing horseshoes all year long 𓃗
Much love,
Hayley
