SWAROVSKI WILD AT HEART

Many of you may have seen my new ‘Wild at Heart’ Earrings & now fob chain necklace, but did you know that they are made with Swarovski Crystals? 

My love of crystals came from an early age, when my grandmother used to have antique chandeliers in her house - she gave me a strand of these crystals and I have kept them every since. They hang by the window in my bedroom, so every afternoon they catch the sunlight and reflect it in the most calming way. So when I saw these crystals, I knew I wanted to incorporate them into a beautiful piece of jewellery that you can keep. 

The Austrian-made crystals are thought to bring good fortune and clarity, while hanging crystals like the ones in my earrings are often used in the Chinese art of Feng Shui to attract energy properties. It brings positive energy to your environment and purges the negativity, projecting light and prosperity.

While the heart represents affection and romantic love, it also is symbolic of the moral and the spiritual state of the person. The different colours of the crystals symbolise different traits. Red for protection, courage, and positive energy, pink for kindness and compassion, and smoky crystal promotes clearing and grounding the mind. 

The nature of the crystal is more multifaceted than a natural crystal, making it glisten like a diamond. This diamond-like nature has been used throughout film and fashion to create an extra shine to art, as the superior level of refraction captures and disperses light everywhere.
